While you're probably here for my written work, you can find me engaged with many of these same subjects in other formats.
Podcast
LOAM with Pastors Tonetta Landis-Aina and Anthony Parrott unravels the radical implications of Jesus' good news for today's world. Moving beyond surface-level spirituality and worn-out religious clichés, each episode explores how the expansive love of God transforms our understanding of justice, community, and what it means to be human.
Whether you're deconstructing your faith, seeking a more inclusive spirituality, or simply curious about a gospel that's truly good news for everyone, this podcast creates space for the questions, doubts, and discoveries that emerge when we take Jesus at his word.
Preaching and Teaching
On most Sundays, you'll find me at The Table Church, D.C., where I pastor. This community exists to "embody a more beautiful gospel that announces collective liberation and the renewal of all things. Our mission is cultivating communities of authentic."
I also regularly preach and teach for other communities. Here are an assorted few.
eCourse on Sexuality and Spirituality for Q Christian Fellowship
I wrote Q Christian Fellowship's Affirmation Guide on Sexuality and Spirituality. As QCF describes it:
This seminal resource covers various ethical postures considered by members of the LGBTQ+ Christian community, featuring dozens of quotes from additional scholars, theologians, writers, poets, and more. No matter the sexual ethics you have adopted as part of your journey, you'll find this work to be significant and applicable for you.
To accompany readers, I was filmed for an eCourse that examined the overarching themes of each chapter. You can view the playlist in full at the link below.
The Guide is available as a freely downloadable PDF. You can access the full resource here.
